Sales Development Reprensentaive - Enterprise/B2B (Remote)

Girlgaze is looking for a high energy and driven Sales Development Representative to help drive sales with respect to Girlgaze’s B2B offering (GG Network for Businesses), as well as additional products and services as developed and the company scales.  Reporting into and working with our Director of Sales, the Sales Development Representative will play a key role in the acquiring and nurturing new sales leads by means of outbound prospecting - industry events, cold calling, emailing and more.  This position will be in a great position for growth within the organization.


Responsibilities:


  • Generate new sales leads by means of outbound prospecting (industry events, cold calling and emailing), and work directly with Director of Sales to discover opportunities from leads.

  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of new business - drive sales, aggressively expanding the customer base and generating new revenue.

  • Schedule meetings and product demos for Director of Sales and/or other more senior individuals, like COO, within organization, in order to close new deals.

  • Understand Girlgaze’s offerings, effectively communicate and apply them to each prospects needs.

  • Scale lead generation in the assigned territory by introducing new tactics and strategies.

  • Work with Director of Sales and other key team members to keep sales materials up-to-date and create new materials if needed.

  • Track and manage prospects through Hubspot/CRM tools and meet tracking and reporting need; achieve and exceed monthly quotas and objectives.

  • Manage a prospect base consisting of specific target accounts as designated by Director of Sales.


What you need and who you are: 


  • 1+ years of experience in B2B/Enterprise Sales or Business Development; platform/tech/software experience a plus; startup experience a plus

  • Excitement and passion for enterprise sales; customer facing experience; strong outbound prospecting skills with track record of success

  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills 

  • Want to work in a fast paced growing enviornment

  • You are excited and passionate about Girlgaze’s mission, and excited about joining a small team and growing with us    

  • You have a bachelor’s degree and are eligible to work in the United States


Position will be fully remote.  Compensation will be a combination of salary and commission, commensurate with experience.
